Within this role, you will; *Provide expert advice and specialist support to the organisation in the field of Compensation and Benefits, on smaller and larger scale (10.000+ staff);
Your main responsibilities;*Develop and propose policies, procedures and processes in the field of expertise, including designing supporting tools and instruments, which are flexible and adaptable to specific contexts and local interests, as well as being and compliant with the companies values, principles and standards on the other hand;
This role requires occasional travel (~10%), mainly for intersectional meetings.
You are part of the Excellence team in the HRM department and you will report to the Coordinator HR Excellence.
- Develop regulations, policies and procedures for an effective reward strategy execution, and monitor and evaluate their proper usage;
- Support practical implementation of reward-related policies and programmes, by monitoring and safeguarding compliance with principles;
- Strongly contribute to increased alignment within Compensation & Benefits globally by working effectively within international HR platforms;

- Monitor and evaluate the functioning of regulations, policies and procedures in the field of expertise;
- Provide guidance in translating overarching rules to specifics of local situation;
- Enable systematic problem-solving and decision-making in the area of expertise;
- Advise on and initiates intra-, interdepartmental or intersectional activities in the area of expertise;
- Participate in scheduling plans for organisation wide and local-level implementation of policies, procedures and programmes (revised grids, assessment and validation of benchmark results etc.);
- Manage own time (long- and short-term) and regularly reports on status of activities;
- Develop and facilitate relevant HR modules for internal training;
- Build communities of expertise and regularly shares knowledge, developments and project status with peers, stakeholders and colleagues;
