Job Requirements
Your Responsibilities Record, maintain and analyze historical, current and statistical dataEvaluate hotel market mix and complete accurate hotel revenue forecastsMonitor future demand and recommend yield strategiesEnsure inventory allocation and pricing parameters are positioned to support optimum business mix and total hotel revenue objectivesMaximizing net room revenue contribution through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate thereinTrack competitive set pricing and yield strategies, understanding the comp set's reaction to changes in the marketplaceParticipate in the planning processes for the hotel budget, marketing and strategic plansPrepare and lead hotel weekly revenue meetingWorks closely with DOS, sales- and marketing team to encourage strategic selection of the right piece of businessWork with the hotel commercial team to determine effective and engaging offers, which are then offered to the right customer in the right channelOversee the input and pricing strategy of contracted wholesale and corporate for each season.As part of the hotel commercial leadership team, actively contribute to the identification of new business development opportunities and lead penetration strategic action planningConduct regular audits of systems and channels to ensure accuracy of rates, package information and availabilityMonitor and execute rate strategies using inventory & pricing management tools.Is engaging and supports the hotels selling strategy in all distribution systemsReview and provide performance comments for each market segment and as requiredElaborates / updates policies and procedures related to each departmentTraining, developing and motivating staff in order to achieve maximum efficiency ongoing education of Reservations and Front Office to ensure revenue management concepts are understood and up selling techniques consistently appliedMaintain a high level of communication with other departmentsYour Experience Several years of professional experience in Revenue Management, Yielding and PricingCompleted commercial training or studies in tourism / hotel industry or business administrationPronounced analytical thinking and strategic approachKnowledge in the preparation of forecasts and budgetsExcellent communication skills, flexibility, teamwork and resilienceConfident in using MS-OfficeFluent Dutch skills are essentialVery good English knowledge (spoken and written), further languages are an advantageIdentification with our core values: naturalness, individuality and personal commitmentWhat you can expect Personal development with the growth of our company and many career opportunitiesNetwork all over Europe being connected via our internal social media platform LEAPPTraining and development programs of our Leonardo AcademyBonus systems & Employee purchasing cardEmployee and family&friends discounts for accommodation and F&B in all 170 hotels of Fattal GroupEmployee meals in our cantinesLow hierarchy, respectful and open minded company philosophyAnd of course fun in your team because we have the #bestteamsever and our teams share with us on LEAPP #thisiswhyilovemyjobFind out more about us in watching our recruiting video on https:www.leonardo-hotels.de/jobs-and-career and start your career journey with us!
